An excellent healthy and refreshing alternative to a calorie and caffeine loaded milky coffee or tea. Super fruity and flavoursome, Berry Nice is a refreshing hit of tangy hibiscus and juicy red berries.

Made from the blossoms of the Hibiscus plant, the infusion is full of antioxidants which neutralise free radicals that cause ageing and certain diseases. Used for alternative medicinal purposes for hundreds of years, hibiscus is claimed to contain Vitamin C and minerals and have several other health benefits such as lowering blood pressure and cholesterol as well as helping with weight loss and digestive health.

Tasting Notes: A full flavoured fruit tea with berry notes. The infused cup is burgundy red with full strength and character. Enjoy this intensely fruity tea as a warming hot drink on a chilly day or try it as an iced tea to rehydrate in the summer. Add a spot of sugar or honey, if you prefer.

Brewing Guide: 1 pyramid per cup. Brew for as long as desired. Use hot water just off the boil. Adjust both quantity and brew time according to desired strength. Drink without milk.
